Thank you ladies! The bread, from The New James Beard, and used yogurt, was a little disappointing. It made nice toast. Although I once made bread all the time I'm kind of out of practice,hence the 52 loaves. I have an oven that's new to me, so I've got to learn its mysteries. The fancy ribbed swatches will be blocked and up for show and tell later in the week.
