Mary Jane Takes the Plunge

Look who went in the water this week! Isn't she beautiful?
Things are going swimmingly even if it's all been a bit wild.

New Job
And still working old job too
Car trouble
Sharing remaining car with teenagers
Everyone works (good)
In different towns at different times (challenging)
Got burnt to a crisp in Rockport Harbor (fun but dumb)
Big picnic 4th of July (yipee!)
Airstream to become studio (Hooray!)

Which Airstream do you have?
A Google alert for the word listed your blog. I stepped into an Airstream for the 1st time today after loving them from pics for years.

Its a 1971 27 ft., I forget what the model is called. We got it when our house burned down, and lived in it and an Avion while we built our new house. We all had to move into the Avion when it got too cold! It is pretty cute, needs some work, should be perfect for a studio. I'm so happy! You can see it at my flickr page or here in an early post...January 1st I think.

Congratulations on getting your own studio!!! You've been dreaming of one since we first met.
Write and tell me about your new job if you have time.

A boat and an Airstream to become studio? You are a lucky duck! Some day....

Oh thanks everyone. And Sonya...I know! Almost obnoxious. But the boat was originally my husband's fishing boat, for work, and it is for sale (boo hoo) but we've got one child in college and another coming up... so we'll enjoy this summer of abundance!~
