I have been knitting bits and bobs. On the left is swatching with a fuzzy brain, woggly diamonds, stretching up. On the right, your basic "peaks" (in Shetlandese). I love the Shetland names for things, I'm dying to know which pattern is called "creepies". There is one I'm told. Just don't know which.

You're such a wiz with colorwork. I'm so envious and in awe. Any particular use these swatches are serving - designs, etc? Are they just knitting gymnastics practice? ;)
