Winter White Week

I'm joining the short and sweet Winter White Week hosted by Shari, at Glass Doorknob, who has an interesting and inspiring blog. I seemed to be gravitating in that direction anyway, so why not make it official. I heard about this week of white from one of my daily reads Knitting Iris, whom you all read too! The deadline is tonight, so hurry over and join.

PS: I don't think you actually have to live in a winter wonderland like some of us are lucky (yes lucky) enough to do, there are many flickr groups which specialize in these things, Shades of White and Non Colours in Color are two; and you can make beautiful mosaics just so long as you credit the original artist. Artwork is also acceptable, so don't be shy, join in the fun.

Sounds fun...but sadly no snow where I live....will live vicariously through your lovely winter photos!

I love this idea. Thank you so much for posting about it!

I really like your photo of the glass of toothbrushes. There's something about it that makes me feel very sentimental for crisp wintery mornings and a slight draft through the window. (Your window looks very snug, though.)

That lane of snow through the trees is beautiful. Unless it's your driveway, in which case, I'm sorry.

We had a pretty snowstorm last week- covered everything but not too much.

I'll look for your photos this week. Glad you're joining in
